We kindly inform you that refunds are only available up to two weeks prior to the booking date. However, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your booking, provided we have availability. Additionally, we can issue credit for future camp weeks to ensure you do not lose any funds. Please note that if you do not show up for your booking, we cannot offer refunds or credit, as we will have already accounted for staffing and child ratios. For the comfort and safety of your child, we recommend that children aged 3 or 4 have prior experience with childcare providers or nurseries before enrolling. Additionally, all children must be toilet trained to attend. If your child has not experienced a full day of camp before, we suggest booking a half-day camp initially. All relevant camp information will be sent to you one week prior to the start date.
