Full-Day Campers:
A nut-free snack

A packed lunch

A water bottle

☀️ On sunny days: Apply sun cream in the morning and pack a labeled bottle.

We do not supply food or sun cream, so please make sure your child comes prepared.

🚻 Toileting
All children attending camp must be toilet trained.

Please pack a spare set of clothes, just in case.

Staff are unable to physically change children, but will help guide them through getting clean and changed if an accident occurs.

If your child has a toilet accident and is very upset or unable to manage it themselves, we may contact you to collect them early. This is always done with your child’s best interest in mind.

🩹 Injuries & Accidents
Minor bumps and scrapes are sometimes part of active play. Our staff are trained in basic first aid and will inform you of any incident at pick-up.

If your child is injured or becomes very upset or unwell during the day, we may ask you to collect them early to ensure they’re properly cared for.

As always, your child’s well-being and safety are our top priority.

🤝 Behaviour & Bullying Policy
At Sportstopia, we promote a positive and respectful atmosphere for all campers.

Bullying, hitting, or aggressive behaviour is not acceptable.

Any incidents will be addressed immediately and discussed with parents if needed.

If a child’s behaviour poses a safety risk or disrupts camp repeatedly, we may need to review their participation for the benefit of all children.

We aim to support children in learning from their mistakes with care and fairness.

🧥 Clothing
Children should wear comfortable, activewear suitable for sports and running.

On Fridays, children are welcome to come in costumes for Dress-Up Day! Activities will be adjusted to accommodate outfits.

Please send a coat daily – we may use outdoor areas depending on the weather.

☀️ On sunny days, apply sun cream before arrival and include a labeled bottle in your child’s bag.

🩺 Medical & Allergies
We keep all medical and allergy information securely on-site.

If there are any updates or details you didn’t provide during registration, please add them to your Class 4 Kids account or email us directly.

All snacks must be nut-free due to allergies.

📷 Photo Consent
We love capturing fun moments at camp! Photos may be shared on our professional social media platforms.

If you do not wish your child to appear in any photos, please let us know. You may have already indicated this during registration.

👦👧 Siblings
Siblings may be in different groups based on age for activities, but they will be together at break times and during all-camp activities.

This helps us keep everyone safe and allows children to engage with peers at their level.

🕒 A Typical Day at Camp
Each day includes:

5–6 fun activity rotations, such as:

Sports games

Dance & movement

Outdoor play

Brain breaks (like yoga)

Snack and lunch breaks with staff to help build friendships and community.

A mix of high-energy and calmer moments to keep kids happy, not exhausted.

Children may step out of activities if they need a rest – we support them in pacing their day.

We want every camper to feel included and excited to return the next day!

🛑 Pick-Up & End of Day
Pick-up is at 2:50 PM
Please be on time to help us dismiss all children safely.

If someone else is collecting your child, please let us know their full name and relationship before pick-up. This includes other parents.

If you’re running late, call the camp contact number and we’ll make arrangements.

We cannot be responsible for lost toys or personal items – please leave them at home when possible.

❓ Questions?
We’re here to help!
If you have any questions or concerns at any point, feel free to speak to one of our team members at drop-off or pick-up – or call the camp coach at your location.

We can’t wait to see you at camp and make this an unforgettable summer!
Thank you for being part of the Sportstopia family 🏅
